ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL

Because our digital products are delivered or made available electronically, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the purchaser has been provided access to the digital product, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

This policy applies to ebooks, PDF guides, downloadable workbooks, planners, checklists, templates, bundles, educational resources, and other downloadable products.

Please carefully review the product title, description, format, contents, and system requirements, when applicable, before completing your purchase.

DOWNLOAD OR DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If you complete a purchase but cannot access your digital product because of a technical delivery problem, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the product you purchased.

A technical delivery problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund when the purchased product can be successfully provided.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us with your order information. Duplicate-charge requests will be reviewed individually.

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your personal use or individual professional use, as applicable.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, reproduce for distribution, provide copies to others, or represent the material as your own.

ORGANIZATIONAL USE

A single purchase does not provide an organization-wide license unless the product specifically states otherwise.
